2. Communication:
2.1 Please note that there may be instances where the provided contact information becomes invalid or bounces due to factors such as technical issues or the use of multiple tools for campaigns.
3. Payment and Invoicing:
3.1 Invoicing: A formal invoice or a payment platform invoice will be raised after the completion of each project or milestone.
3.2 Waiting Period: The waiting period for payment will be 30 days from the date of the invoice raised.
3.3 Taxes: All invoices will include the respective taxes based on the client’s country. For Indian clients, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be included in the invoice.
3.4 Third Party Payment Platform Taxes: Invoices will include the service taxes/fee of third-party payment platforms along with the actual amount.
4. Refunds:
4.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to the nature of the project and services provided.
4.2 Refund Requests: Clients must submit refund requests in writing within 7 business days from the completion of the project or milestone.
4.3 Evaluation: Each refund request will be evaluated by Apeiro Solutions to determine eligibility based on the project’s progress, resources utilized, and mutually agreed-upon terms.
4.4 Refund Resolution: If a refund is approved, Apeiro Solutions will issue the refund within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method, minus any applicable fees or expenses incurred.
5. Results Delivery:
5.1 We value your time but there may be occasional delays in delivering project results due to unforeseen circumstances. We will strive to minimize such delays and communicate any changes promptly.
6. Pricing:
6.1 Pricing for our services may vary over time and based on specific client requirements and data points. We reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly.
6.2 The cost for the revision may apply in some instances when the new requirements or instructions are included during the revision process.
7. Lead Conversion:
7.1 Apeiro Solutions will not be held responsible for the conversion of leads provided. Factors such as target contacts being out of office or having moved to a new company are beyond our control.
8. Intellectual Property:
8.1 All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, relating to our services and website content, are owned by Apeiro Solutions unless otherwise stated.
9. Termination:
9.1 Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with prior notice.
9.2 Upon termination, all outstanding payment obligations shall be settled, and any deliverables or intellectual property provided to the client shall be returned or destroyed as mutually agreed.
10. Governing Law:
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, India.
11. Changes to Terms:
11.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
